Taking the Self-Compassion course with Sybille was a very nice and heart-warming experience. The supportive and warm environment she created allowed us to open up and share our personal experiences. Sometimes it is not even the tools, the program or whatsoever, but just the space and community-aspect that has a helping effect - realizing, that you are not alone and that others struggle with similar issues. Also having that one appointment that requires you to slow down and pause, for that one hour of guided self-compassion, had a nice effect. Her guidance helped me develop practical tools, given by her or that I came up with myself during the course, to navigate university life with greater empathy and and a bit more resilience. Also I was a fan of the meditations, that we always did. I think the power of meditating is incredible. Therefore, especially if you don't have tools yourself yet, this course is highly recommended!

I was initially sceptical about how the seminar could help me or affect my attitude toward myself or the world around me. However, from the first session, it became clear that thanks to Dr. Sybille Hüfner, I could see other angles on the usual stressful situations and everyday busy moments in my life. It was interesting for me to realize that even short pauses for meditation/breathing practices can positively impact my well-being and my day as a whole. I am extremely grateful for the gift of the experience and the opportunity to feel more aware and better!
